Nziza Signs Strategic Partnership with ULK University for Knowledge and Technology Transfer.
Nziza Training Academy is proud to announce a landmark partnership with Kigali Independent University ULK Through its Polytechnic Institute (UPI). This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world skills.
Under the theme "Knowledge Transfer, Software Licensing, and Community Outreach," the agreement sets a bold framework for cooperation in three critical areas:
1. Knowledge Transfer
This partnership will create a collaborative platform for university students, especially in the bachelor of technology (BTech) and teaching staff to benefit from Nziza’s hands-on training programs. Through guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and tailored workshops, we aim to equip learners with practical skills aligned with the fast-changing engineering industry.
2. Software Licensing
As part of the agreement, Nziza Training Academy will provide licensed access to specialized software tools and world’s latest versions, enhancing the learning environment at the University backed by industry best practices and design certifications. This initiative is designed to empower students with the technical resources needed for competitive performance in their academic and professional journeys.
3. Community Outreach
In line with our shared commitment to social responsibility, this partnership will spearhead community engagement initiatives focused on digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. By extending our impact beyond the classroom, we aim to nurture a culture of problem-solving and technology driven development in the broader Rwandan society.
A Shared Vision for Innovation and Inclusion
Nziza believes in the power of partnerships to drive meaningful change. This partnership reflects a shared vision with UPI; foster an ecosystem where education, technology, and community development go hand-in-hand.
As we move forward, we look forward to delivering tangible outcomes through this collaboration, from student projects and internships to community tech hubs and startup incubators.
