REFUND POLICY

At Nziza Global, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a change of plans. Below, we have outlined our comprehensive refund policy to guide you through the process of requesting a refund.

PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. Training Program Refunds

A. Cancellation by Nziza Global Tanzania

If Nziza Global cancels a training program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration or training fees paid. In this case, participants will not incur any charges or administrative fees.

B. Participant Cancellation

Participants who wish to cancel their registration are subject to the following conditions:

·       More than 14 days before the program start date: Participants who cancel their registration more than 14 days prior to the training start date will be moved to another training session of the same type in the future without any additional charge. The participants will be given a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, only if there are no scheduled training sessions of the same program within the next 10 months.

  • Between 14 and 5 days before the program start date: If the cancellation occurs between 14 to 5 days to the training start date, participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration/training fees.
    If the participant needs to be moved into future schedules, they will be subjected to prices differences.
    Less than 5 days before the program start date: No refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 5 days to the training start date, or after the program has begun.

C. Substitution

If a registered participant is unable to attend the program, they may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost. This substitution have to be communicated to Nziza Global Tanzania at least 48 hours before the program starts.

2. E-LEARNING PROGRAMS

A. Nziza Global CAUSE

If our learning system goes down for 30 calendar days, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration or training fees paid. No charges or administrative fees will apply in this case.

B. Participant Cancellation

Participants wishing to cancel their registration are subject to the following conditions:

  • After Program Access Begins: Once a participant gains access to the course materials or begins the online training, no refunds will be issued, as the training content becomes immediately accessible.

3. SOFTWARE LICENSING

As a reseller, Nziza Global does not have a separate refund policy for purchased software licenses. Both parties will adhere to the refund policy established by the software license owner’s headquarters.

4. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

A. Requesting a Refund

  • Contact our local office via email to submit a refund request.

  • Include the necessary details in your email, such as proof of purchase, the reason for the refund request, and any other relevant information.

B. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the request.

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

C. Bank Charges

  • Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Nziza Global reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions to this refund policy may be made at the sole discretion of Nziza Global, depending on the individual circumstances surrounding the request.
